Ana is thrilled to bring over 14 years of hospitality and event planning experience to Social District Event Consultants based in the Washington, DC area. She is an award-winning certified wedding and event planner who has coordinated occasions for some of the most in demand, high-end establishments in Northern Virginia. Most recently she held the position of Senior Catering Sales Manager with The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner. Her extensive knowledge of the DC metropolitan area gives her invaluable insight and direction in choosing vendors and venues with the client’s personal style and budget in mind.
From intimate gatherings of 15 guests to elaborate galas of over 1,200, Ana’s goal is to always make the planning experience seamless and stress-free so her clients can relax and enjoy their celebration. Her reputation for personalized service, calm demeanor, eye for detail, and creativity is a rare gift. She specializes in discovering innovative approaches to see your vision come to life and ensures a flawless event that your guests will talk about for years to come.
A resident of Northern Virginia for the past 24 years, Ana currently resides with her husband of 9 years, Daniel, and her Maltese, Dolce. When she is not planning events, Ana enjoys sampling food and cocktails at new restaurants with friends, spending sunny days at wineries, strength training with kettle bells, going to the beach and traveling to exotic destinations. One of her favorite trips was to Costa Rica, which included swimming in the hot springs, zip lining and white water rafting.
