Social District Events offers Full Planning, Partial Planning and Month of Coordination.

We believe that every event is unique and should be a reflection of you and your personal style. We specialize in crafting custom proposals based on your specific goals to ensure you and your guests will have the most captivating experience imaginable.

Month of Coordination

This package is for the couple who has time and wants to do most of the planning themselves, but needs an expert to come in that final month to be there on the day of the wedding and execute their vision and plans. The planning begins about 4-6 weeks prior to your special day

The Month of Coordination package includes the following services:

  • (1) consultation meeting
  • (1) detail meeting to be scheduled 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to create your anticipated itinerary and timeline
  • Develop a detailed event and personal timeline based on our meeting
  • Etiquette advice and suggestions, as required
  • Solicit vendor confirmations prior to your event, as you may require
  • Work with you and your vendors and service providers to help you receive all of the items and services you contracted for
  • Promptly return your telephone calls and emails to provide timely guidance and answers to your questions
  • Transmit final timeline to all vendors & venue, as you may require
  • As required, serve as a liaison for the bridal party and family
  • (1) Hour rehearsal coordination for ceremony and collect wedding items at that time
  • Coordinate and monitor the delivery and set up of all wedding day items (guest book, toasting glasses, cake knife and server, favors, place cards, table numbers, candles, etc.) and box up these items at the end of the event
  • Wedding coordination kit filled with last minute supplies (i.e. hair spray, hair brush, dry-shampoo, bobby pins, deodorant, mints, toothbrush, toothpaste, stain remover, Q-tips, hand sanitizer, clear nail polish, first aid kit, manicure kit, compact mirror, tissues, sewing kit, pain reliever, lotion and tweezers)
  • Coordinate and monitor the delivery of corsages and boutonnieres for honored guests and bridal party at the ceremony site (pin on corsages and boutonnieres, as required)
  • Coordinate and cue ceremony, as required
  • Coordinate reception events with DJ with the goal of making the evening flow smoothly
  • As required, serve as the point person for your vendors & venue on the day of your event
  • Keep your event on schedule per timeline
  • Distribute final payments/gratuities as directed to your vendors
  • Coordinate the transport gifts to onsite honeymoon suite or car, as you may require
  • Up to 10 hours of coordination service on your wedding day

A La Carte Services

Clients may create their own collection of services that best fits their needs and budget, from the following:

  • Additional consultation meetings
  • Appointment scheduling with vendors
  • Assistance with your venue search, selection and negotiation
  • Contact guests that have not responded by RSVP deadline
  • Track guest responses and update personal invitee spreadsheet
  • Table assignments and seating arrangements
  • Rehearsal dinner reservations, coordination and event design
  • Bridal shower preparations
  • Bachelor/bachelorette party preparations
  • Day after brunch reservations, coordination and event design
  • Invitation or program consultations
  • Assist your out of town guests in arranging their hotel accommodations, transportation, and local options
  • Assist with your travel arrangements
  • Assemble welcome bags for out of town guests with items of your selection.
  • Arrange, as possible, wedding night hotel suite decorations (e.g. rose petals, bubble bath and/or candles).

A la Carte Services are available at an hourly rate, plus actual incurred costs (i.e. for items included in your welcome bags).
